Technical Writing

​Michelle has worked in technical writing for 20+ years. She has produced everything from job aids and manuals to online help. Software includes, but is not limited to: 

  • Adobe (Acrobat, FrameMaker, PageMaker, RoboHelp)

  • Microsoft Office (up through 365)

  • Madcap Flare

Content creation types include technical manuals, instructor/participant guides, online/inline help, guided walkthroughs, and quick start guides/job aids.

Experience includes: 
 

  • Designing learning and documentation strategy for HR implementation of HCM applications across the enterprise

  • Creating user guides, including photo software and image editing tools, large-scale machinery, eLearning development software, and an LMS.​

  • Creating online help using Flare and RoboHelp, including photo software and image editing tools, content management systems, reporting tools, and eLearning development software. ​

  • Writing job aids and quick start guides.​
