Michelle
Lentz, Owner
Michelle graduated from Wright State University with a degree in English and an emphasis in Technical Writing and Speech/Theatre. She entered the industry as a technical editor for aerospace documentation. She honed her editing skills and moved into more diverse areas of industry, consulting within training and documentation for consumer products, pharmaceuticals, software, SAP, science, and manufacturing.
Michelle has also spent a fair amount of time studying e-learning and social media. For several years, Michelle was Director of Training at Trivantis (Lectora). Her experience led to presenting at several conferences, including Elliot Masie's Learning 2007 (Blog Yes!: Using Your Blog for Internal Marketing), several sessions at the eLearning Guild's DevLearn 2008 (140 Characters or Less: Microblogging for Learning), other national conferences and countless local presentations. In April 2003, Michelle was certified as a PMMI Certified Trainer through the Packaging Machinery Manufacturer's Institute, the standard in packaging documentation and training.
In October 2003, Michelle decided to leave her job as an instructional designer and trainer in a manufacturing firm to start Write Technology. She recently served as Vice President of Technology for the Greater Cincinnati ASTD. Michelle also functions as a Core Committee member and Technology/PR chair for the Krystal Pepper Memorial Scholarship.
Michelle maintains four weblogs, including an award-winning blog on wine as well as her industry-related blog, and is over-connected in social media. Michelle is also a contributing writer for Brian Solis's Bub.blicio.us social economy blog.

Kevin
Gerl, Ad-Hoc Technologist
Kevin graduated
from the Northern Kentucky University Honors program with degrees
in Computer Science and Mathematics. Since graduation, he has
worked in several emerging areas of software development, including
enterprise-wide solutions, CRM, quality control, and Java GUI
development.
Kevin has specialized in both the design and implementation of
Object Oriented programming solutions using Java and C++. He has
worked on both web-based solutions as well as more traditional
applications. He has become proficient with designing and using
UML documentation to create cost effective and versatile software
solutions. Kevin also specializes in big-picture project management
and planning.
In October of 2003, Kevin decided to offer his services to Write
Technology on an ad-hoc basis. The company is now able
to offer a full range of services, including analysis of existing
code, development of new software and maintenance of legacy applications.
